Dear Liza, I have had the privilege of experiencing your incredible strength and skill three times. I have been suffering from constipation for quite some time. A few weeks ago, you treated me. I was lying on the bed and felt tingling sensations running through my legs and in my left hand. My neck was also hurting. I also felt rumbling on the right side of my abdomen. A week later, you treated me again. That time, I only felt tingling in my left hand. The constipation has completely disappeared. What a blessing that is.

Recently, I was struggling with pain in my left shoulder, so you treated me again. That evening, I went golfing and was in an incredible amount of pain. I really thought, "I don't think I'll be able to do anything with this shoulder tomorrow." But, to my surprise, I hardly had any pain afterward. By now, I am running again as well, which I couldn't do before because my shoulder was hurting.

In our session I was confronted with deep seated people pleasing behaviour and self-abandonment, which constantly made me feel exhausted and overstimulated.
